Adam H. Littig began his real estate career in 2004 with Coldwell Banker NRT in Northern California. While assisting his clients in selling problematic properties, he honed his skills in both the art and science of real estate transactions. In 2006, Adam further expanded his real estate repertoire by earning his broker’s license.

From helping buyers see the potential in 100-year-old farmhouses with no running water to executing unexploded ordinance disclosures, abating asbestos warnings to mitigating $30,000 termite repair reports, Adam has always been dedicated to negotiating fervently on behalf of his clients and successfully closing transactions.

In addition to real estate, Adam H. Littig teaches college-level statistics and enjoys film, music, yoga, dancing, running, and raising his two children.
